The TDJW is located at Lindenauer Markt 21, 04177 Leipzig. There are four stages in the building:
- Großer Saal
- Kleiner Saal
- Etage Eins
- Probebühne Etage Eins (rehearsal stage)
These stages are all accessible via the main entrance.
We also perform at other venues. For example in schools, daycare centres or other institutions. You can find information at this under "On the road". Sometimes we also play elsewhere in the city. Then you can also find more information here.
You can get to the TDJW with these trams and buses:
- 7, 8, 15
- 74, 130, 131
The stop is called "Lindenauer Markt". It is about 10 metres from the theatre. The platform is level with the vehicles and provides step-free access. It is equipped with a tactile guidance system. You can find more information on the accessibility of Leipzig's public transport system here.
If you are travelling by car, there are 2 parking spaces for people with disabilities. They are about 20 metres from our entrance.
Your driver is allowed to park on the pavement next to the entrance. This will allow you to get in and out of the car comfortably. Please let us know in advance if you are coming with a transport service. Then we know that you will be using the pavement.
